Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
We aim to deliver within 2 - 4 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Please note this can take longer during peak holiday periods when it may take up to 2 weeks. For next day delivery we recommend express shipping. We dispatch using a premium courier service direct to your home or place of work.  

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are dispatched. 

To Guarantee  the safe arrival of your goods, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are not preferred]. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or taken to the local post office and a card will be left.

GABEE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to exchange it or be refunded for your purchase minus shipping costs.

BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE OR RETURN


  1. Retrieve your order number (refer top of the Gabee Sale Confirmation Email)
  2. Make sure the product is not worn or damaged
  3. Make sure it is able to be returned in its original box or packaging
  4. Make sure you have the Gabee receipt received with the goods
