I have an issue with my product what can I do?


I did not purchase my product with any personalisation and would like to return or exchange it, what do I do?

If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation we are happy to provide you with a an exchange or refund on the item once returned to us if it is in the same condition as when we sent it to you.

Please reach out to our team at for with your order/ receipt details within 7 days of purchase, we will assist with how to send the item back to us or you can return the item at our head office.
