Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, email sales@gabee.com.au with your proof of purchase and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after this period, check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider or bank as processing times can vary. If you still need help, contact us at sales@gabee.com.au.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email sales@gabee.com.au.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
